How to Submit IGNOU MAUD Assignments

The submission process starts with writing your answers clearly by hand on A4 size paper. You should use ruled or plain white sheets as per your preference, but ensure the handwriting is legible. On the first page, you must fill in your personal details including your enrollment number, name, full address, programme code (MAUD), course code, and the name of your Study Centre. Organizing your answer sheets in the correct sequence of the question paper is very important for a smooth evaluation process.

Most students submit their work physically at their assigned Study Centre. When you go there, make sure to submit it to the Urdu department coordinator and collect a submission receipt. This receipt is your only proof of submission if your marks are not updated later. Some Regional Centres also allow online submission via a dedicated Google Form or portal link. Once submitted, it usually takes a few months for the marks to reflect on the IGNOU Grade Card portal.
